I'm a fourth-year finance Ph.D. student affiliated with the Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Before joining Kenan-Flagler, I receiced my Master degree from Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration. I received my Bachelor degree at Renmin University of China.

Research Interest

I study real estate finance, household finance, and financial intermediation with large micro-level data. I have been actively exploring my job market paper idea at the intersection of these areas. My current co-authored projects are listed below:

  • Impact of institutional investors on the housing markets and incumbent residents
  • Impact of all-cash purchases on the performance and behaviors of local lenders
  • Linkages between households' housing wealth and their education and career paths
