Research Interest
I study real estate finance, household finance, and financial intermediation with large micro-level data. I have been actively exploring my job market paper idea at the intersection of these areas. My current co-authored projects are listed below:
- Impact of institutional investors on the housing markets and incumbent residents
- Impact of all-cash purchases on the performance and behaviors of local lenders
- Linkages between households' housing wealth and their education and career paths
